Lighting & Relamping

Burned-out lamps and tubes replaced like for like, one site or a whole route.

Rows of square ceiling light fixtures under an exposed steel ceiling

Dark aisles and dim lots get noticed by customers first. We replace burned-out lamps and tubes in fixtures that are already installed, matching type and color, and log every position we touch.

The scope is the lamp or tube only. Fixtures, ballasts, drivers and anything behind the fixture are outside our work, and any fixture that stays dark after a new lamp is reported on the ticket for follow-up.

  • Lamps and tubes only
  • Positions logged
  • Old lamps bagged and removed
  • Route scheduling

Interior relamping

  • Sales-floor, office and back-room lamp swaps
  • Tube replacement in existing fixtures

How an Engagement Runs

  1. Ticket received

The request arrives through your work-order platform, our form, email or the service line. We log the site, the issue and the NTE.

  2. Scope confirmed

We confirm what will be done, the arrival window and the price limit in writing. Photos are requested when they help.

  3. Work performed

The tech checks in on site, completes the scope and stops to ask before anything goes past the NTE.

  4. Closed out

Before-and-after photos and plain notes are uploaded, open items are listed, and the ticket is closed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if a new lamp does not fix it?

We note the fixture as still out, photograph it and report it on the ticket. The fixture itself is outside our scope.

Can you survey lots at night?

Yes. A night survey logs every dark position with a photo, so repairs can be planned before anyone complains.

Do you dispose of old lamps?

Old lamps and tubes are bagged, removed from site and disposed of under the rules for that lamp type.
