Handyman & General Maintenance
One tech for the small repairs that stack up at every store, office and suite.

Most facility tickets are small: a stained ceiling tile, a loose grab bar, a dented wall, a shelf that has come off its bracket. Our handyman and general maintenance techs clear those items in one visit and document each one separately, so your team can close every ticket.
The work stays inside the scope and NTE on the ticket. If a repair turns out to need a trade we do not offer, we stop, photograph the condition and tell your dispatcher the same day.

How an Engagement Runs
Ticket received
The request arrives through your work-order platform, our form, email or the service line. We log the site, the issue and the NTE.
Scope confirmed
We confirm what will be done, the arrival window and the price limit in writing. Photos are requested when they help.
Work performed
The tech checks in on site, completes the scope and stops to ask before anything goes past the NTE.
Closed out
Before-and-after photos and plain notes are uploaded, open items are listed, and the ticket is closed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can one visit cover several tickets?
Yes. When a site has several open tickets, we coordinate with your dispatcher to handle them in one visit, with separate notes and photos for each ticket.
What happens if the repair is bigger than expected?
The tech stops at a safe point, photographs the condition and sends a revised scope for approval. Nothing past the NTE is done without it.
Do you bring materials?
Common materials travel on the truck. Specialty items are quoted on the ticket and bought after approval.
