Fencing & Minor Concrete

Fence lines, gates, curbs and walks repaired before they become a liability.

Concrete crew in orange safety vests placing and leveling fresh concrete along a building foundation

Damaged fence sections, sagging gates and broken curbs invite trespass and trips. We repair chain-link, wood and metal fence sections and gates, patch curbs and small sidewalk areas, and set or replace wheel stops.

Where a city has approval rules for fence or concrete work, we flag them on the quote before any work starts.

  • City rules checked
  • Area barricaded
  • Photos on every repair
  • Written scope before work

How an Engagement Runs

  1. Ticket received

The request arrives through your work-order platform, our form, email or the service line. We log the site, the issue and the NTE.

  2. Scope confirmed

We confirm what will be done, the arrival window and the price limit in writing. Photos are requested when they help.

  3. Work performed

The tech checks in on site, completes the scope and stops to ask before anything goes past the NTE.

  4. Closed out

Before-and-after photos and plain notes are uploaded, open items are listed, and the ticket is closed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you pour large slabs?

No. Our concrete scope is small repairs: curbs, short sidewalk sections and trip edges.

Who deals with city approvals?

We check the city’s rules for the work and note any approval needed on the quote. Work waits until it is in place.

Can you secure a fence the same day?

Temporary panels or ties can secure an opening while the permanent repair is scheduled.
